Precautions for using handheld electric tools

The power cord of Class I tools must use three core (single-phase tools) or four core (three-phase tools) multi stranded copper core rubber sheathed wires, and the yellow and green dual color wires can only be used as protective grounding or neutral wires in any case.

The isolation transformer of Class III tools, the leakage protector of Class II tools, and the control box and power adapter of Class II and III tools shall be placed outside, and special personnel shall be assigned to monitor them outside.

The soft cables that come with handheld electric tools are not allowed to be removed or extended arbitrarily, and the plugs are not allowed to be removed or replaced arbitrarily.

Before use, the tool casing, handle, neutral (ground) connection, wires and plugs, switches, electrical and mechanical protection devices, and rotating parts of the tool should be checked for normal operation.

When using electric tools, it is not allowed to hold the wire or the rotating part of the tool by hand. During use, it is necessary to prevent the wire from being twisted, damp, heated, or damaged.

It is strictly prohibited to directly insert the wire core into the socket or hang it on the switch for use.
